H:Well,as a regular customer withnice credit position in our bank and for a joint venture that is a corporate body in China, you do meet the Chinese commercial loans terms. What currency of loan do you want?
Z:US dollars. What about the interest rate?
H: We adopt a floating rate loan for your company. The interest will be calculated at the floating rate published every day by the People’s Bank of China. How much do you want?
Z: 50,000 dollars.
H:For how long a time?
Z:For 18 months.
H: Generally speaking,there should be no problem .Anyway ,I have to check your recent balance sheet and income statement again .
