12月28日，由山东省小额贷款协会主办，山东省互联网传媒集团承办的山东省小额贷款公司助力普惠金融高质量发展创新案例征集活动落下帷幕。
经过征集、初审、网络投票以及专家评审环节，综合打分评选产生23个典型案例，其中包括11个创新发展典型案例、5个服务乡村振兴典型案例、2个助力黄河流域高质量发展典型案例、3个助力疫情防控典型案例以及2个社会责任典型案例，现面向社会公布。
据了解，活动旨在通过挖掘、总结和推广近年来我省小额贷款公司践行普惠金融的典型经验以及有代表性、可借鉴的做法和案例，进一步展示我省地方金融组织的发展成就和良好风貌，同时发挥行业典型的示范带动作用，引导全省小额贷款公司积极探索、开拓创新，助力我省普惠金融事业高质量发展。
从典型案例类别来看，小额贷款公司在创新发展、服务乡村振兴、助力黄河流域高质量发展、助力疫情防控、践行社会责任等几个方面，有着创新的实践、温馨的服务、灵活的应用等普惠优势，为我省普惠金融高质量发展贡献了小贷力量。
记者梳理发现，典型案例主体名单中不乏重复的几家公司，这也反映出我省不少小额贷款公司在助力普惠金融高质量发展的各个方面都有涉足并且取得了良好的成绩，展现出小额贷款公司的责任担当。
一直以来，山东省小额贷款公司始终坚持普惠金融初心，重点关注各类产业、行业的金融需求，提升三农、小微企业融资可获得性，持续拓展普惠金融的广度和深度，将继续在助推普惠金融赛道上砥砺奋发，在加速转型发展的数字化新赛道勇毅前行。

优点：
1、个体决策具有合理性，是因为它具有简便、迅速、责任明确的特点。
缺点：
2、个体决策的局限性主要体现在两个方面:一方面表现在个体决策所需的社会条件难以充分具备。其具体表现是社会难以找到杰出的个人决策者，那些具备条件的个人又不一定能成为掌握权力的个人决策者;另一方面表现在决策者受到个人的经验、知识和能力的限制。
集体决策优缺点：
优点：
1、有利于集中不同领域专家的智慧，应付日益复杂的决策问题。
2、能够利用更多的知识优势，借助于更多的信息，形成更多的可行性方案。
3、有利于充分利用其成员不同的教育程度、经验和背景。
4、提供了决策的可接受性，有助于决策的顺利实施。
缺点：
1、速度、效率可能低下。群体决策鼓励各个领域的专家、员工的积极参与，力争以民主的方式拟定出最满意的行动方案。在这个过程中，如果处理不当，就可能陷入盲目讨论的误区之中，既浪费了时间，又降低了速度和决策效率，从而限制了管理人员在必要时做出快速反应的能力。
2、在集体决策过程中，决策者存在从众压力。群体成员希望被群体接受和重视的愿望可能会导致不同意见被压制，在决策时使群体成员都追求观点的统一。
3、会出现少数人控制的现象。集体讨论可能会被一两个人控制，如果这种控制是由低水平的成员所致，集体决策的结果就会收到不利影响。
